Data Deletion Instructions

These instructions explain how to request deletion of personal information held by Clip Nexa Studio Inc., a Washington corporation operating under the Clip Nexa Studio brand. They also explain how to remove a Facebook or Meta integration and request deletion of data associated with that integration.

Your Right to Deletion

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request deletion of personal information that we have collected about you. California residents may exercise deletion rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA). Individuals in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom may request erasure under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or applicable UK data protection law.

These rights may be subject to legal exceptions. We do not discriminate against anyone for submitting a privacy request or exercising an applicable data protection right.

What We Delete

After verifying a valid request, we delete or de-identify personal information associated with the requester unless retention is permitted or required by law. Depending on your relationship with us, this may include account profile details, contact information, submitted project information, support correspondence, website inquiry records, preferences, and identifiers or profile information received through an authorized Facebook or Meta integration.

Deletion removes information from active systems. Residual copies may remain temporarily in secured backups until those backups are overwritten through our normal retention cycle. During that period, backup data is isolated from ordinary business use.

What We May Retain

We may retain limited information when reasonably necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or security incidents, enforce agreements, document a completed privacy request, or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. We may also retain transaction, tax, accounting, and corporate records for the periods required by applicable law. Information retained for these purposes is restricted and is not used for unrelated marketing.

How to Request Deletion

Email admin@clipnexa.site with the subject “Data Deletion Request.” To help us identify the relevant records and respond efficiently, include:

  1. Your full name and the email address connected to your account, inquiry, or Meta integration.
  2. A clear statement that you want Clip Nexa Studio Inc. to delete your personal information.
  3. A description of the service, project, account, or interaction through which you provided the information.
  4. If applicable, the Facebook profile name or Meta account identifier associated with the integration. Do not send your password.
  5. Your state or country of residence so we can apply the appropriate privacy requirements.
  6. Any additional details reasonably needed to locate the information, without including sensitive documents unless requested.

Data from Facebook/Meta

If you connected Facebook or another Meta service to Clip Nexa Studio, first remove the integration through your Facebook settings. In Facebook, open Settings & privacy, select Settings, locate Apps and Websites or the corresponding permissions area, select Clip Nexa Studio, and choose the option to remove access.

Removing the integration stops future access but may not automatically delete information previously shared with us. To request deletion of associated data from our systems, email admin@clipnexa.site using the process above and identify the request as relating to Facebook or Meta data.

Verification

To protect personal information, we may verify that you control the email address or account connected to the request. We may ask for limited additional information when necessary to match the request with our records. Authorized agents must provide evidence of authorization, and we may also confirm the request directly with the individual. We will never ask for a Facebook password.

Timeline

We will confirm receipt of a deletion request within seven days. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days. If applicable law permits additional time because a request is complex, we will explain the reason and provide an updated expected completion date. We will notify you when deletion is complete or explain any information we are legally permitted or required to retain.
